An Interlude: Terroir on the 18th of July
Before i post this BrooklynGuy brilliance i just wanted to mention that i will be celebrating the end of this thing on July 18th at Terroir Natural Wine Merchant in San Francisco where Guilhaume has assured me that he will be pouring at least some selections from the 31 days. So come down if you are in town, spend some money and support real wines. (I owe all my contributors a drink by the way).
